The 2022 'Estate North Blocks Chardonnay' has an intensely complex bouquet with aromas of lime zest, dried apples, lemongrass and toasted walnuts. There’s a flinty citrus oil texture to this elixir that at times reminds me of thyme infused lemon oil and at other times tangerine oil, I simply love it!!! This wine was bottled unfined and unfiltered showing our commitment to minimal intervention winemaking.
