2023 White Walnut Estate Dundee Hills Pinot Noir
The 2023 'Dundee Hills Pinot Noir’ is a regional blend showcasing the very best of the Dundee Hills AVA. Highly detailed aromas of wilted violets, swiss chocolate and raspberry paste ascend from the glass coalescing with notes of red rose petals and dried baking spices. I’m struck by the complexity of this wine, at such a young age, as layer upon layer of blueberries, minerals and lavender cascade across the palate. This wine was bottled unfined and unfiltered showing our commitment to minimal intervention winemaking.

2023 White Walnut Estate Amphora Pinot Noir
“Crafted with around 30% whole clusters, the 2023 Pinot Noir Estate Amphorae is intensely perfumed and expressive! Raspberry, strawberry, wildflowers, tea leaves and sage are underpinned by burnt earth and flint aromas characteristic of the deep, volcanic soils of the Dundee Hills. The palate combines concentrated, complex flavors with clay-textured tannins and mouthwatering acidity, and it has a long, spicy finish.” - The Wine Advocate
2022 White Walnut Estate Worden Hill Rd. Pinot Noir
The 2022 'Worden Hill Road Pinot Noir’ is sourced from 24 year old vines planted in three uniquely rocky parcels. The wine was fermented in a concrete tank in order to further showcase the freshness and minerality of these rocky vineyard sites. The first impression is of red rose pedals being buttressed with Oregon blackberries, orange peel and plush textures of ripe cherries. There’s a salty minerality to this wine to go with the penetrating flavors of red plums and a white pepper finish. This wine was bottled unfined and unfiltered showing our commitment to minimal intervention winemaking.

2022 White Walnut Estate South Blocks Pinot Noir
The 2022 'South Blocks Pinot Noir’ hails from our now 8-year old biodynamically farmed estate vineyard. This wine is composed of all 12 of our uniquely different sections to the estate vineyard in order to showcase the full peacocks tail of aromas, flavors and textures. The first impression is one of salted blueberries, sassafras, dark cherries and a lingering dark chocolate finish that's so unique. It's the salted minerality part to this wine that elongates the finish with lingering flavors of bittersweet chocolate, plum juice, and red currants creating such a savory delight. This wine was bottled unfined and unfiltered showing our commitment to minimal intervention winemaking.
