The 2022 'Dundee Hills Pinot Noir’ is a regional blend showcasing the very best of the Dundee Hills AVA. Highly detailed aromas of wilted violets, swiss chocolate and raspberry paste ascend from the glass coalescing with notes of red rose petals and dried baking spices. I’m struck by the complexity of this wine, at such a young age, as layer upon layer of blueberries, minerals and lavender cascade across the palate. This wine was bottled unfined and unfiltered showing our commitment to minimal intervention winemaking.
