The 2018 'Estate North Blocks Chardonnay' is our first ever wine made exclusively from our organically certified estate vineyard. It has an intensely complex bouquet with aromas of juicy limes, crushed oyster shells and chamomile tea. There’s a citrus oil texture to this elixir that at times reminds me of thyme infused lemon oil and at other times tangerine oil, I simply love it!!! This wine was bottled unfined and unfiltered showing our commitment to minimal intervention winemaking.
